“We have a big sweet girl that is very shy. From day one, they have been gentle and taken things slow. They reward her for being good with cheese or other goodies. We also take her there for grooming. She never comes out overly anxious or scared. They do a great job with her long coat! We recently added a puppy to our family and they been amazing with her too. At her first appointment, they gave her cheese while giving her booster shots so that she would have a good experience. We love all the staff and I always recommend them to anyone that asks!”
